| 国内集体建设用地流转研究主要侧重于产权、法律、制度、意识形态等方面，有关农村土地市场发育对土地资源配置的作用、对城乡空间布局的影响多为理性判断和现象描述，实证研究相对较少。集体建设用地流转引发的城乡空间演变的解释性研究和评价性研究、地方政府和基层组织的角色和作用、农民分层和社会空间重构、集体建设用地流转优化等应成为今后研究的重要主题。 |

| Domestic research on the collective construction land transfer has mainly centered on property rights, legal, institutional, and ideological issues, while the role of rural land market development on the allocation of land resources and the impact on the urban and rural spatial layout are limited in reasoning judgment and phenomenon description with relatively little empirical research. Therefore, future research should focus on the following topics as the explanatory research and evaluation studies of the urban and rural space evolution caused by the collective construction land transfer, the roles and functions of local government and grassroots organizations, farmer's stratification and social space reconstruction, and the collective construction land transfer optimization. |
