| 媒体为信息传播提供了一个充分自由的巨大平台，同时也为虚假科学信息的传播打开了方便之门，特别是热点事件中虚假的科学信息容易借助网络快速传播并造成恶劣影响。我国目前有关媒体传播科学信息的法律法规散见于各大部门法之中，规制范围主要集中在网络传播领域，监管手段主要是事前的资格准入审批和事后法律责任的追究，忽视了对科学信息传播过程的规制。因此，在科学信息传播过程中应对媒体施以必要的法律原则，予以规范和指导。 |

| :Media has provided a fully free and huge platform for information access and communication, meanwhile, it opens convenient ways for the dissemination of false scientific information, particularly in hot events, which spreads quickly and causes bad effect. At present laws and regulations concerning media dissemination of scientific information can be found in different laws of different departments, with focus on network communication. The supervision mainly consists of qualification examination beforehand and legal liability afterwards, neglecting the dissemination process. Therefore, in the scientific information dissemination process, necessary legal principles need to be imposed on the media for the specification and guidance. |
