| The 18th CPC National Congress Report is a brilliant Marxist literature. It clearly pointed out that the scientific development concept is the enduring guiding ideology that CPC will stick to, summed up and upgraded fresh experiences from a comprehensive and multi-angle perspective, and enriched and developed the connotation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which constitute the major theoretical contributions of the Report. The main features of these contributions lie in its firm belief in the direction, adhering to practice first, emphasizing inheritance and development, reflecting the requirements of the time as well as focusing grasping the laws. |
