| 江苏物联网协同创新具有一定的先发优势，同时也面临资源要素整合不够、组织体系有待完善、运行机制需要创新等挑战。政府应从相应的政策法规支持、重点工程示范、专项资金设立、高端人才引进与培养等方面进行物联网协同创新的战略引领，要健全利益分享、风险分担以及评价机制，强化物联网产业发展与创新的目标导向，促进不同创新主体的广域协同，从而推进江苏物联网协同创新的健康发展。 |

| Jiangsu has its advantages in the collaborative innovation development of the Internet of Things (IoT), meanwhile, it faces the challenges that resources have to be further reorganized, institutional system needs to be improved, and operation mechanism requires innovation. Government should emphasize the strategic guidance in terms of relevant supporting regulations and laws, major demonstration projects, special funds, and top talents recruiting and training. It should also improve the benefit and risk sharing and evaluation mechanism, strengthen the goal orientation of the development, and promote an extensive collaboration among different innovation parties, thus to achieve a healthy development of the collaborative innovation of the IoT in Jiangsu Province. |
