| 自媒体以其便携性、隐私性、智能性、互动性等独特优势吸引了越来越多的用户，使得网络舆情更加复杂。基于江苏省2012年网络舆情的调研数据，提出了自媒体大发展背景下的网络舆情引导路径的相关政策建议：完善网络管理法律体系；全面推行政府网络发言人制度；构建网络新把关人机制；建立网络舆情监测和协同处理机制；充分发挥“意见领袖”功能；主动设置议程，有效引导网络舆论。 |

| We Media with the unique advantages of portability, privacy, intelligence, and interactivity has attracted more and more users. This paper, based on the Internet public opinions survey of Jiangsu Province in 2012, suggests the following recommendations concerning Internet public opinion guiding approach in the context of the rapidly developing We Media: improving the legal system of the Internet management; fully implementing the government Internet spokesman system; building new Internet gatekeeper mechanism; establishing an Internet public opinion monitoring and co processing mechanism; giving full play to the function of "opinion leaders"; and taking initiative to set agenda to effectively guide Internet public opinions. |
