变革型领导对员工的创新行为具有重要影响。从变革型领导、心理资本和员工创新行为的关系入手,提出了变革型领导风格经由员工的心理资本进而影响员工创新行为的研究假设。通过对南京某高科技企业114份问卷调查的实证分析,发现变革型领导的愿景激励、智力激发和个性关怀对员工创新行为有积极的影响,心理资本在变革型领导和员工创新行为之间起到了完全中介作用。 |

Transformational leadership has great impacts on innovative behavior of employees. This paper put forward an integrated conceptual model relating transformational leadership, psychological capital , innovative behavior of employees and related theoretical hypotheses. Through the investigation and empirical analysis of 114 questionnaires in a Nanjing based high tech enterprise, we found the inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration of transformational leadership has a positive effect on innovative behavior of employees, and that psychological capital has full intermediary role between transformational leadership and innovative behavior of employees. |
