| 朱升是元末明初著名政治家，文治武功并著。朱升的政治观念深受朱熹及陈栎思想的影响，对于社会政治具有强烈的担当与道德意识。这使其在社会政治上呈现出“首陈三策”的政治关怀；“适时勇进”的正统观；“通其民情”的民本观；“力行仁军”的军事策略以及“力荐三贤”的人才观等丰富思想。朱升社会政治思想不仅对朱元璋创基立国及初期政局稳定发挥了积极的作用，对新中国及此后政策的制定也极具借鉴价值。 |

| Zhu sheng was a famous statesman at the beginning of Ming Dynasty who was well known for his cultural and military achievements. Greatly influenced by the thought of Zhu Xi and Chen Li, Zhu Sheng's political ideas have a strong sense of responsibility and moral consciousness regarding the social politics. His social and political thought is rich with his political concern of "offering suggestions first", his orthodox view of "forging ahead when ready", his people oriented concept of "considering people's feelings", his military strategy of "advocating benevolent army", as well as his talent view of "highly recommending the able and virtuous". Zhu Sheng's social and political thought had not only played an active role in the founding and early political stability of Ming Dynasty, but also had great reference value for the founding of new China and the ensuing policy making. |
