| Social management level is a significant indicator of social development and civilization degree. Social management innovation constitutes the most important and complex part in the building of a harmonious society. Social management has direct impact on the formation of the people's moral qualities. To stress ideological and moral education in social management is beneficial to improve people's moral qualities, meanwhile,social management innovation can be promoted by people's good ideological and moral quality. |
