| 在实施了打破垄断、引入竞争等一系列改革之后，中国电信市场竞争格局已初步形成，但其目前离有效、有序的市场环境尚有一段距离，电信市场依旧维持着高位寡头垄断的局面。数字化时代的到来，电信业全业务运营为营造全面开放的电信市场竞争格局创造了良好的条件，但是企业竞争力不平衡的问题短期内还无法解决，实现电信市场全面有效的竞争还需要相应的制度和监管政策的保障。 |

| After breaking monopoly, bringing in competition and other reforms, Chinese telecom market has formed a rudimentary competition pattern. However, the environment is still far from being effective and orderly, and the market remains an oligopoly. On the other hand, the all round business operation of telecom industry in the digital era provides an opportunity for building a fully open competitive market, but the imbalance of company competitiveness cannot be solved in a short term. Therefore, appropriate institutional and regulatory policy is needed to achieve an effective competition pattern of telecommunication market. |
