| 在高等教育大众化背景下，通信领域的精英人才应当以较高的文化道德修养为支撑，掌握丰厚的理论知识，具备较强的动手和实践能力，兼具创新意识和学习解难能力。从在校教育和离校后的职业发展这两大阶段来看，可以从课程设计、实践教育、过程阶段、机制创新、制度建设五个维度去构建适应于该领域的特色培养模式。每个维度针对不同培养目标，采取符合人才培养规律和学科特点的举措。 |

| In the context of mass higher education, the communication engineering elites refer to those who follow strict cultural morality, master comprehensive theoretical knowledge, and possess strong practical ability as well as innovative consciousness and problem solving skills. Viewing from the two phases of the in school education and post school career development, a characteristic training mode for communication engineering area will be constructed in the five dimensions of curriculum design, practical education, process orientation, mechanism innovation and system. While each dimension serves for a different training objective, appropriate measures should be taken to be in line with talent training law and the characteristics of a certain academic branch of learning. |
