| 农村信息化建设是推进传统农业向现代农业演进的必要条件，探讨农村信息化平台建设架构有着重要的意义。综合分析了农村信息化建设的需求、存在的问题，提出了政府组织协调、运营商建设的农村信息化建设模式，设计了一体化的农村信息化平台建设架构。平台建设架构上分省、市、县三级部署，形成“四层级两保障”门户结构。综合平台体系结构灵活、部署方便，能有效地解决农村信息化数据采集、数据共享的困难，人机交互人性化程度不高，用户使用不便，缺乏持续发展的有效运营机制等问题。 |

| Rural informatization is a prerequisite for the evolution of the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture, so it is of great importance to study the rural informatization platform construction. Based on the analysis of the demands and the existing problems of rural informatization, this paper proposes an integrated platform for which the governments are responsible for the organization and coordination, and the telecom operators are responsible for the construction. The platform is suggested to be constructed by three levels of governments as province, city and county for a structure of four different layers and two kinds of guarantees. The platform structure, flexible and easy to construct, can effectively solve the problems as the difficulties in gathering and sharing rural data, poor humanity of human computer interaction, inconvenient use, and lack of effective operation mechanism for sustainable development. |
