| 实施“走出去”战略以来，江苏民营经济多数企业正确选择与企业水平相适应的“走出去”方式，取得了很好的成就。但是，也有一部分民营企业在进行“走出去”的方式选择时，存在着决策的路径依赖、撞击反馈思维含义的误读、风险防范应对准备的缺乏、决策人员经验知识的老化等问题。要采取创新“走出去”的方式、建立和完善“走出去”的信息发布通道、举办有针对性的培训和咨询活动、完善企业“走出去”的服务体系等措施，引导民营企业正确选择最为合适的“走出去”方式。 |

| Ever since the implementation of the “going global” strategy, most non state enterprises in Jiangsu Province have correctly selected their “going global” mode according to their enterprise strength, and have fulfilled good achievements. However, in the mode selection some enterprises still have problems such as decision path dependence, misreading of impact feedback thinking, lack of preparation for risk prevention, and out dating of decision makers’ knowledge and experiences. In order to guide non state enterprises to properly select the “going global” mode, the following measures should be taken: novel “going global” mode should be adopted; “going global” information dissemination channels should be built and improved; targeted training and advisory activities should be operated; and enterprise “going global” service system should be improved. |
