| 终端定制已成为移动互联网时代新的发展趋势。终端定制情形下，电信供应链主体主要包括电信运营商、内容与服务提供商以及终端厂商，构建供应链利润共享模型以实现利润共享直接关系到整个供应链的稳定性和持久性。在终端定制情形下，话费补贴也成了新的热点，将话费补贴引入利润共享模型，分析敏感系数和话费补贴对终端厂商利润、运营商利润以及供应链整体利润的影响具有十分重要的现实意义。最终的最优话费补贴数额，不仅使运营商快速扩大市场，减轻巨额话费补贴的压力，增强盈利能力，同时还可实现终端厂商利润的大幅度增长。 |

| Terminal customization has become a new trend in the mobile Internet era. Telecom operators, service providers and terminal manufacturers are the major operators of the telecom supply chain in terminal customization. To build a profit sharing model for shared profits among the operators concerns directly the stability and durability of the supply chain. In the background of terminal customization, fee subsidy has become a new hot issue. It is of realistic significances to introduce fee subsidy into profit sharing model and analyze the impact of sensitive coefficients and fee subsidy on terminal manufacturers’ profit, operators’ profit, as well as the whole supply chain’s profit. The final optimal fee subsidy will not only help telecom operators expand market rapidly, reduce huge fee subsidy pressure, and enhance their profitability, but help terminal manufacturers greatly increase their profit as well. |
