基于院校样本和学生样本两个维度，全面分析美国NSSE项目的样本构成情况。研究发现美国NSSE项目在院校样本和学生样本构成上具有严密的程序化和科学化特征。在此基础上，对中国NSSE China项目的样本构成在代表性、多样性、细分化、网络化方面提出了相应的建议，以期更好地促进和完善NSSE China项目的发展，进而提高教育质量。

英文摘要:

Based on the two dimensions of the institution samples and student samples, the NSSE USA are analyzed in depth. The study shows that the sample components of NSSE USA have strict procedure and scientific features. This gives reference and suggestions to the sample components of NSSE China in terms of the representativeness, diversity, segmentation and networking, so that NSSE CHINA will be promoted and improved for the enhancement of education quality.
