在SERVQUAL模型基础上,以南京部分高校为样本,从学生满意度的视角研究高校教学质量水平,结果显示:大部分学生对高校教学质量给予较正面、肯定的评价,学生认知的教学质量与其对教学质量的整体满意度之间呈显著正相关关系。但在教学内容、教学管理方面,学生所期望的教学服务水平与其实际感受之间存在一定的落差,特别在教学管理方面,教工对学生期望的认知与学生实际期望相差较大。高等学校应突破传统的教学方式,主动积极地与学生沟通,深层次地把握学生对教学服务的真正需求,减少教学中出现的问题,提高教学质量。 |

This paper evaluates the teaching quality from students’ satisfaction based on the model of SERVQUAL. The results show that most of the college students give positive evaluation of the quality, and that there is a significant positive correlation between the students’ recognized teaching quality and the overall satisfaction of teaching quality. But in terms of teaching content and teaching management, there exists a certain gap between the student’s desired level of service in teaching and their actual feelings. Especially in the aspect of teaching management, there is a large difference between faculty’ expected recognition from students and the actual recognition. Colleges and universities should break away from the traditional teaching methodology and communicate with students actively to understand students’ real needs, so as to reduce teaching problems and improve teaching quality |
