| 经过对近三年网络热点事件的分析发现，社会危机及负面事件是网民关注度最高的事件类型。究其原因，一方面，国家在现代化进程中，对秩序、效率及可控性的追求易与个人价值形成冲突；另一方面，互联网突破了大众传媒中心控制边缘的传播结构，促使民间话语系统与官方话语系统之间形成张力。网络文化思潮在此基础上形成，它深植于我国独特的历史文化之中，不能被简单地归结为个人主义思潮或后现代主义思潮，它的价值取向是通过批判以取得民族复兴与实现个人价值之间的平衡，并以推崇创新、追逐娱乐作为其主要特征。 |

| An analysis of the web hot events in the past three years reveals that Chinese netizens show greatest concern to social crises and other negative events. On the one hand, national pursuit for order, efficiency and controllability in its modernization course conflicts with the realization of personal values. On the other hand, in the present society, the development of the Internet has helped to break through the conventions of traditional communication structure, hence bringing the civil discourse system the conflicting power against the official one. Web cultural trend has come into being against such a background. Deeply rooted in the unique Chinese history and culture, it can not be simply regarded as individualism or postmodernism, in contrast, it is embodied as a kind of angst and consciousness of crisis featured with the advocacy of innovation and entertainment, aiming at a balance between the expectation of national revitalization and the realization of personal values. |
