| :Guangzhou had been an important trading port and an information center before the Opium War in China. In order to satisfy the needs of post communication, the Great Britain, as a major country to trade with China, developed a variety of foreign post systems that were important factors influencing Sino Britain relationship. These systems are the evidences of the British invasion of China Post; meanwhile, they provide valuable data for further research of China post history and foreign post in China. |
