企业战略决定企业应该如何去做,组织结构决定企业以怎样的方式去做,两者之间相互影响。以法国电信、德国电信、西班牙电信三家国外电信运营商为研究对象,从战略与结构的角度进行实证分析,得出企业战略对组织结构有决定性作用,同时组织结构对企业战略存在反作用的结论。若想到达到两者的匹配,应选择与战略相适应的组织结构,加强企业文化建设,克服组织结构惰性。 |

Corporate strategy determines how to do while structure determines in what forms to do, strategy and structure interact each other. This paper takes Orange, DETECON and Telefonica as examples to do empirical analysis from the perspective of corporate strategy and organizational structure, and finds corporate strategy has decisive role on organizational structure, and that organizational structure has negative effect on corporate strategy. The paper further puts forward suggestions on how to match the two: to select an organizational structure suitable for strategy;to strengthen corporate culture;and to overcome the organizational inertia. |
