| 中国仍然是发展中大国，但中国已经摆脱不发展状态而发展起来。“四个全面”战略布局是中国“发展起来以后”更加注重发展和治理的系统性、整体性和协同性的重大战略抉择。这一重大战略布局是科学社会主义理论逻辑和当下中国发展实践相统一的战略成果，是习近平总书记关于“中国特色社会主义是全面发展的社会主义”重要命题的战略呈现。在中国发展起来的新阶段把握“四个全面”战略布局，必须不断接受马克思主义哲学智慧的滋养。 |

| Although still a developing country, China has developed out of the underdeveloped state. “The Four Comprehensive” Strategy is a major choice that emphasizes more on systematic, holistic and synergistic development and governance for “The Post development Period”. This important strategy is an accomplishment by incorporating scientific socialism theory with contemporary Chinese practice, representing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important proposition that “Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fully developed socialism”. The grasping of “The Four Comprehensive” Strategy in the new post development period calls for continuous inspiration of the Marxism philosophical wisdom. |
