| 基于感知风险和食品安全舆情相关理论，以合肥、福州、石家庄三个城市的592名城镇居民为案例，探讨个体变量、环境变量、政府的舆情处置行为对公众对食品安全舆情处置感知的影响。研究发现，受教育程度、个人收入水平等个体变量的差异并不会引起公众对食品安全舆情处置感知的显著变化；而家庭收入水平、公众对舆情传播渠道的信任程度等环境变量对公众的舆情处置感知存在显著差异。此外，在政府的舆情处置行为变量中，政府舆情处置效率对公众对食品安全舆情处置感知的影响最为显著，政府的信息公开程度、发布信息的真实性也会影响公众的舆情处置感知。 |

| Taking 592 residents in Hefei,Fuzhou,Shijiazhuang cities as subjects, this paper explores how individual factors, environment factors and government disposal of Internet public sentiment influence public perception of the disposal of food safety Internet public sentiment based on the theories of perception on risk and the food safety Internet public sentiment. The results show that the differences in individual factors, for example, education, income level, do not cause a significant change in public perception of the disposal of food safety Internet public sentiment. But the environment factors, such as family income levels, how you trust the channels by which Internet public sentiment is disseminated, can influence the public perception significantly. In addition, as one variable of government disposal of Internet public sentiment, government efficiency can influence the public perception more significantly than the openness and authenticity of the information released by the government. |
