| 网络话语权作为网络时代话语权新形态，其理论建构滞后于实践发展和现实需要，何以可能的问题仍然是理论研究首要的基本问题。从宏观上看，网络话语权的发展需要我们保持清醒的问题意识，国内外网络话语权建构的实践探索提供了经验基础，而理论探索资源则为网络话语权的理论建构提供了较为坚实的思想基础；从微观上看，网络话语权的命题解析是基础，网络话语权与其系统其他要素的边界廓清是条件，网络话语权作用限度的把握与超越是内在要求，而网络话语权的实践创新则是理论建构的源头活水。 |

| The network voice as a new form of the right to speak in the network age, its theoretical construction lags behind the development of its practice and practical needs. The feasibility of the theoretical construction of the network voice remains a major and basic issue of theoretical research. From a macro point of view, we need to keep a clear awareness of the issue with the growing of network discourse. The practice of network voice construction at home and abroad provides an empirical basis, but so far, compared with the practical experience, theoretical exploration provides a more solid ideological foundation. From the micro point of view, for the theoretical construction, the topic analysis of network voice is the base, the border clearance between network voice and other elements of the network system is the condition, the appropriate grasp of the role of network voice is an inherent requirement, and the practice innovation is the fountainhead. |
