| 我国的信息法基础研究在称谓、概念与调整对象、性质、范围、内容体系、基本原则、直接宪法依据、与邻近相关法律之间的关系等诸多方面存有困惑。应从确立信息法直接宪法依据的具体明文规定，确立网络空间主权明确信息法的域外效力，构建开放型的信息法内容体系，对信息法的概念与调整对象采取广义概括与具体列举相结合的方式，高度概括信息法基本原则等方面进行反思。 |

| Issues remain in the basic research of the information law in China, concerning its name, concept, nature, scope, content system, basic principle, direct constitutional basis, and relation to relevant laws.Suggestions are made to lay down concrete acts directly based on the constitution, define cyberspace sovereignty but clarify the extraterritorial effect of the information law, build an open content system, combine generalized concepts with specific exemplifications, and set up a highly generalized basic principle. |
