| 生态文明建设和绿色发展，是当代中国社会发展的重要内容。2005年8月，习近平同志首次提出“绿水青山就是金山银山”的重要思想。此后，他又在很多重要论述和讲话中，深刻阐述了这一思想的丰厚内涵和实践意义。“绿水青山就是金山银山”这一科学论断，清晰地阐明了经济社会发展与生态环境保护之间的辩证统一关系，具有鲜明的辩证思维特征。在理念层面，它包含着系统整体的社会发展理念、尊重自然的生态伦理理念、权利平等的生态正义理念、自我约制的人类幸福理念等多方面的价值意蕴。在发展进程中，它的实践指向将贯穿于理念传播、规范建构、服务强化、行为转变以及文化涵育等五个行动领域。 |

| The construction of ecological civilization and the green development is an important part of the development of contemporary Chinese society. In August 2005, President Xi Jinping first put forward the important thought of “Nature is the true treasure”. Thereafter, he has repeatedly explained the rich connotation and practical significance of this thought. This scientific thesis clearly illustrates the dialectical unity between economic and social development and ecological environmental protection, and has the distinct characteristic of dialectical thought. This thought contains the concept for integrated and systematic social development, the concept to respect the ecological ethics of nature, the concept of ecological justice concerning equal rights, and the concept of self limiting human happiness. In practice, this thought will guide us to take action in five fields, which are idea communication, norm construction, service enhancement, behavior change and culture cultivation. |
