| 随着信息技术的发展，以互联网为重要载体的网络文化成为文化的重要组成部分。传统文化软实力的评价指标体系和方法难以应用于新形势下网络文化软实力的评价，因此文章根据代表性、独立性以及可获性原则建立评价指标体系，选择基于偏好排序的PR DEA模型解决评价中指标权重选择问题，并基于实证数据对国内省域的网络文化软实力情况进行评估和分析，证明了本评价方法的可行性和合理性。 |

| With the development of Internet technology, the network culture, characterized by informatization as its important carrier, has grown into an integral part of culture. The evaluation method and the index system of the soft power of traditional culture are no longer suitable for the evaluation of the one of the network culture under the new situation. This study sets up an evaluation system according to the criteria of representativeness, independence and availability. The PR-DEA model is applied to address the preference index, and the evaluation method of the soft power of the network culture is studied. The study further analyzes the empirical data of the soft power of the network culture of different provinces in China, which proves the feasibility and rationality of the system. |
