| 信息技术的快速发展使互联网技术与社会各领域的跨界融合成为必然趋势。高等学校作为生产和应用互联网技术的教育场域，与互联网技术之间是双向互塑的关系，互联网技术既对高校育人实践、内部治理等方面产生系列影响，高校也在技术革新、规范应用等方面对互联网的发展起到促进作用。 |

| The rapid development of information technology represented by the Internet increasingly makes it a trend for a cross border integration of Internet technology with different social fields. As an education field of producing and applying Internet technology, colleges and universities have an interactive relationship with Internet technology. Internet technology influences the education practice, internal governance and physical space of colleges and universities which in turn affect the development of Internet technology and the standard application of the technology. |
