| 企业创新动态能力是企业为适应不断变化的环境，对其内外部创新资源进行整合，对支持企业创新的各项资源进行充实完善，对企业创新的流程进行调整变革的能力。企业创新动态能力的发展具有阶段性特征，从生命周期角度可以将其分为萌芽期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期四个阶段；从投入产出角度又可以将其分为创新动态能力的投入、产出、转化三个阶段。企业创新动态能力的影响因素包括市场因素、技术因素、组织因素、服务因素、知识管理因素。当前测评企业创新动态能力的方法主要有案例研究法、问卷测量法和模型构建法。 |

| The dynamic capacity of enterprises’ innovation refers to the ability of enterprises to absorb and integrate internal and external innovation resources, enrich and complete different resources positive to innovation, and to adjust their innovation process, in order to adapt to the changing business environment. A literature review finds that the development of this capability is characteristic of periodicity. From the perspective of life cycle, it can be divided into four stages: sprouting, growing, mature and recession; from the input and output perspective, the capability can be divided into three stages: input, output and transformation. Meanwhile, it finds that the factors influencing the capability include market, technology, organization, service and knowledge management, and that current evaluating methods of this capability mainly include case study, questionnaire survey and model construction. |
