习近平网络强国战略思想，是一个以维护网络主权为基本前提，以网络安全和信息化发展为主线，以网络空间治理为主要手段，以建立网络空间命运共同体为价值旨归的思想理论体系。该战略思想全面总结了我国互联网事业发展的经验，深刻回答了关于互联网发展的一系列重大理论和实践问题，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。

英文摘要:

Xi Jinping’s strategic thinking of “network power” is a theoretical system with defense of network sovereignty as premise, network security and information development as approach, cyberspace governance as main means, and “community with a shared future for cyberspace” as goal. This strategic thinking summarizes the experience of Chinese Internet industry development, and answers a series of major theoretical and practical questions about the development of the Internet. It is an integral part of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
