| 大数据时代，我们要明确区分个人信息与个人资料、个人隐私、个人数据的内涵。通过对个人信息行政法保护理论依据与现状的分析，可以发现我国个人信息保护存在监管不力等现实困境。对此，我们应采取提高个人信息保护意识、制定个人信息保护法、建立国家个人信息数据库、引导行业自律等对策，以应对大数据时代的挑战。 |

| In the era of big data, a clear distinction has to be made between the connotation of personal information from that of personal materials, personal privacy and personal data. Through an analysis of the theoretical basis and the status quo of the administrative law protection of personal information in this era, we find that the current personal information protection in China has a difficult situation such as poor supervision. We suggest taking the path of raising the awareness of personal information protection, enacting Personal Information Protection Law, establishing a national personal information database, and guiding industry self discipline in order to meet the challenges of the big data era. |
