      新媒体时代,地方政府公信力建设面临着舆论生态环境的挑战、公众话语表达方式的嬗变、公共治理方式的变革;面临着政府创新公共服务方式、应对网络舆情危机、传播自身形象的能力不足。政府公信力体现着政府的治理水平,引领着整个社会诚信生态的维护。我们需要从推进地方政府治理现代化、善于管控网络舆情、建构地方政府形象塑造新格局等维度提升地方政府公信力。
英文摘要:
      In the new media era, the construction of local government’s credibility is facing challenges of public opinion ecological environment, the evolution of public discourse expression, and the reform of public governance. There also exist problems such as inadequate capacity to innovate public service, to deal with the crisis of network public opinions, and to promote government images. The government’s credibility reflects the level of government governance and leads the maintenance of the integrity of the entire society. Therefore, the credibility of local governments needs to be enhanced by promoting the modernization of local government governance system and governance capacity, controlling appropriately network public opinions, and having new patterns for building local government images.
