| 共建共治共享社会治理格局是不同治理主体基于共同的治理目标而形成的一种均衡化社会治理结构。主体共建、多元共治和全民共享是其核心要义和精髓。共建共治共享社会治理格局的形成具有其自身发展的内在逻辑。其中，借鉴人类社会先进治理思想而进行的本土化理论创新是其形成的理论逻辑；从单一政府管理到多元治理模式的实践探索是其形成的历史逻辑；新时代社会治理诉求的新变化新要求是其形成的实践逻辑。打造共建共治共享社会治理格局需从价值、主体、关系、制度以及方法论等多个维度同步开展。 |

| The pattern of co construction, co governance and shared social governance is a balanced social governance structure formed by different governance subjects based on common governance objectives. Co construction of the main body, multi governance and national sharing are its core and essence. The formation of this pattern has its own internal logic of development. Among them, the theoretical innovation of localization based on the advanced governance concepts of human society is the theoretical logic; the practical exploration from single government management to multi governance mode is the historical logic; and the new change and requirement of social governance in the new era is the practical logic. The building of the pattern needs to be carried out synchronously from multiple dimensions such as value, subject, relationship, system and methodology. |
