| 回归祖国20年以来，澳门特区政府坚持稳步推进政制发展，坚持经济适度多元，坚持与居民分享经济发展成果，坚持爱国爱澳的核心价值观，形成了政制发展、经济增长、民生福利、人心回归相互促进的良好局面。在政制发展方面，澳门特区政府严格按宪法和基本法办事，从澳门实际情况出发，广泛凝聚社会共识，循序渐进推动政治发展；在经济增长方面，澳门特区政府始终坚持经济适度多元的发展策略，促进博彩产业健康发展，推动新型产业发展，大力扶持中小企业，高度重视区域合作；在民生福利方面，澳门特区政府坚持与居民共享经济发展成果，推行现金分享政策，建立双层式社会保障制度，建设“健康城市”，完善各项社会服务；在人心回归方面，澳门特区政府成立了政府、社团和学校三位一体的爱国爱澳教育体系，巩固和弘扬爱国爱澳的核心价值观。 |

| In the past 20 years since its return, Macao SAR Government has insisted on steadily promoting the development of political system, developing moderately pluralistic economy, sharing the fruits of economic development with the residents, and adhering to the core values of patriotism and love of Macao. It has formed a good situation in which the political development, economic growth, people’s livelihood and welfare, and the return of people’s hearts promote each other. In the development of the political system, the Government promotes it step by step by acting strictly in accordance with the Constitution and the Basic Law, proceeding from the actual situation of Macao, and seeking extensive social consensus. In the aspect of economic growth, the Government, by adhering to the strategy of moderately diversified economy, promotes the healthy development of the gambling industry, cultivates new industries, vigorously supports small and medium sized enterprises and attaches great importance to regional cooperation. In terms of people’s livelihood and welfare, the Government, by sharing economic development results with residents, adopts cash sharing policy, establishes a “two tier” social security system, builds a “healthy city” and improves various social services. And in terms of the return of people’s hearts, the Government consolidates and promotes the core values of patriotism and love of Macao by setting up an educational system which involves the Government, associations and schools. |
