| 澳门特别行政区基于“一国两制”的成功实践，极大促进了经济发展、居民生活幸福感的提高，但也面临国际环境变化、信息技术变革、人口老龄化、发展资源不足等方面的挑战。集中回顾了澳门特区政府在提供居民社会保障、社会服务、医疗服务三大方面所做出的努力，并结合现有发展条件，提出未来澳门可以在公共行政改革、大数据应用和粤港澳大湾区建设三方面继续融于国家发展大局。 |

| Based on the successful practice of “One Country, Two Systems”, the Macao SAR has greatly promoted its economic development and improved the well being of residents. However it also faces such challenges as of international environmental changes, information technology revolution, aging population, and insufficient development resources. This paper has a review of Macao’s efforts in providing social security for residents, social services and medical services, and further puts forward recommendations in the light of the current development conditions. Macao can continue to integrate into the overall national development in three aspects: public administration reform, big data application and The Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area construction. |
