| This paper puts forward suggestions about the National People’s Congress for the amendment and completion of relevant contents concerning “personal information protection” in the third draft of the Civil Code of Personality Rights of the People’s Republic of China. The suggestions involve a complete definition of privacy and personal information, the connotation of personal information processing, the principles of personal information protection, the obligation guarantee for the “right to correct and delete” for natural persons, the confirmation of legal relationship of personal information (data) as well as the exemption conditions for processing personal information. |
