| 基于中国妇女社会地位调查2000年（第二期）和最近一期2010年（第三期）的数据，以相对资源理论为框架，以夫妻房产归属为衡量指标，使用二元对数模型和两层混合效应多项对数模型，探讨2000年到2010年中国城镇夫妻权力关系的变化。研究结果表明，在这10年间，房产归妻子所有或夫妻共同拥有的可能性有所上升，相对教育程度和收入对夫妻住房产权归属的影响在2010年比2000年有所减弱。总体上，城镇夫妻权力关系呈现平等化趋势。 |

| Based on the two waves of Chinese Women’s Social Status Survey in 2000 and 2010, in the framework of relative resource theory, this paper taking conjugal home ownership as a measure indicator, using binary logistic regression model and two level mixed effects multinomial logistic regression model, explored the change of conjugal power in urban China from 2000 to 2010. The results show that the possibility of house owned by wife or husband and wife together has improved during the 10 years. Relative education and income which affect conjugal home ownership in 2000 have weakened in 2010. The conjugal power shows a trend for equality in urban China as a whole. |
