立足于雄安新区的整体性治理实践，结合雄安新区整体性治理的现状与未来发展规划，兼顾政绩绩效与环境绩效，筛选出符合雄安新区整体性治理需求的评价指标，运用专家打分法和层次分析法确定各项评估指标的权重，并对所得结果进行科学分析，在此基础上形成一套完整的评价指标体系。

英文摘要:

Based on the integrated governance practice of Xiong’an New District as well as its current situation and future development, and with consideration of both the government performance and environmental performance, this paper first screens out the evaluation indicators that meet the needs of Xiong’an governance，uses expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index. The results obtained are analyzed, based on which a complete set of evaluation index system is built.
