| 美国就新冠肺炎疫情散布了海量不实信息，其将病毒政治化、对中国污名化的企图，有可能恶化中国发展的国际舆论环境。对此，需要通过话语制衡，消解美国对世界舆论的操纵，维护中国在国际上的地位、合法性和影响力。具体包括：加强与其他国家的合作，实现内部话语制衡；加强与公共卫生认知共同体的合作，实现外部话语制衡；加强对挑战性言论的抑制，抵消污名化，实现消极话语制衡。 |

| The United States of America has spread massive amounts of untrue information about the COVID 19 epidemic. Its attempts to politicize the virus and stigmatize China may worsen international opinions for China’s development. To maintain the international status, legitimacy and influence of China, it needs to dispel the impact of the U.S. control over the public opinion in the world through discourse checks and balances which includes: strengthening cooperation with other countries, establishing internal discourse checks and balances; strengthening cooperation with public health cognitive common community, strengthening external discourse checks and balances; and suppressing challenging speeches by correcting stigmatization and establishing checks and balances for negative discourses. |
