| 新时代背景下，加强与创新精准扶贫领域的廉政建设，对推动与保障贫困地区尽快“真脱贫，脱真贫”具有重要的理论与现实意义。新时代精准扶贫领域的廉政建设应坚持科学化、网络化、现代化的原则，树立大数据思维，运用数字化技术，施行“铁笼”治理价值导向，突出“铁腕”目标价值导向，构建功能性更强的权力规制和协调机制，不断完善“互联网+廉政”工作平台，走智能廉政建设之路，形成精准扶贫领域公正廉明的政治生态，改进廉政建设与治理，保障精准扶贫目标的顺利实现。 |

| In the new era, strengthening and innovating the construction of a clean government in the field of targeted poverty alleviation has great theoretical and practical significance to promote and guarantee “truly shaking off poverty and getting rid of real poverty” as soon as possible in the poverty stricken areas. The construction of clean government in poverty alleviation of the new era should adhere to scientific principles with networking and modernization concepts, make use of big data and digital technology, and take on “cage” management oriented values by highlighting the “iron” target values. It should also build a more functional power regulation and coordination mechanism by improving the “Internet + integrity” work platform and keep building a clean government with a fair and honest political ecology to ensure successful poverty alleviation. |
