| 自2014年国家层面重启乡贤议题，尤其是2017年实施乡村振兴战略以来，关于“乡贤文化”和“新乡贤”的学术讨论蔚然成风。然而无论是研究对象和方法还是研究路径和目标，“新乡贤”研究在理论构建方面尚有待于进一步拓展，相应观点论辩也亟待结合具体实践予以展开。籍此，引入社会学的“实践感”和“过程观”或有助于思考此类问题，这是有鉴于实践的倾向性在于“做中学”以及“过程本身就是一种独立的解释源泉和解释变数”。 |

| Since the reopening of the topic of rural talents at the national level in 2014, especially since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in 2017, there have been much academic discussion on the “rural talents culture” and “new rural talents”. However, whether it is the research object and method or the research path and goal, the “new rural talents” study still needs to be further developed in theoretical construction, and corresponding discussion also needs to be carried out in combination with specific practice. In view of this, an introduction of the “sense of practice” and “view of process” of sociology may help to understand such issues. This is because practice tends to “learn by doing” and that “process itself is an independent source of explanation and explanatory variable”. |
