      制造业是我国国民经济的主体,但一直以来我国制造业在全球价值链中都处于“大而不强”的境地,要在新一轮信息革命中实现赶超,必须借助互联网进行战略转型。因此,建立制造企业互联网生态系统以及协同合作机制有着迫切的现实意义。从价值角度出发,构建了家电制造企业商业生态系统的价值创造能力、潜在价值成长能力、价值分享能力3个维度的价值指标体系,对白色家电企业进行了价值衡量和比较分类,提出生态系统中的核心家电制造企业应选择业务或资源上有效互补、经营目标一致的合作伙伴作为成员;生态系统中的其他成员应立足于自身的角色定位,选择业务不重合的、不容易被替代的生态位,增强自身对整个商业生态系统的影响力。
英文摘要:
      Manufacturing industry is the main body of China’s national economy, yet it has been in the “big but not strong” situation in the global value chain. To catch up and surpass in the new round of information revolution, strategic transformation must be made via the Internet. Therefore, it has urgent practical significance for the manufacturing enterprises to establish the Internet ecosystem and the collaboration and cooperation mechanism. From value perspective, this paper builds a three dimensional value evaluation system based on the current creational value, the potential value and the sharing value, calculating the weight of each evaluation index and comparing value differences between several household electric appliance enterprises. It is suggested that the core household appliance manufacturing enterprises in the ecosystem should choose their cooperative partners with effective complementarity in business or resources and consistent business objectives as the ecological members; and that the other members should be based on their own role positioning and expand influence in the whole business ecosystem by choosing their niche that is not easy to be replaced.
