| 新冠疫情中的网络舆论生态在全球抗疫的国际舆论之下显现“中国声音”和“中国经验”，由此生成了复杂多元的网络舆情。只有充分发掘人类理性，尤其是中国式治理的启蒙精神，才能更好地实现后疫情时代的生产、生活目标，并探索出一条网络舆情治理的路径。为此，国家公共治理现代化体系的建构，必须满足广大人民群众对美好生活的内在需求。解决“疫情社会”出现的问题，要靠 “中国力量” 的贡献，还要靠“中国声音”背后理性的启蒙实践。 |

| The ecology of network public opinions in the Covid 19 epidemic shows “Chinese voice” and “Chinese experience” under the background of the global public opinions in the fight against the epidemic, which has generated complex and pluralistic network public opinions. Only with a full exploration of the human reason, especially the enlightenment spirit of Chinese style governance, can we better realize the goals of production and living in the post epidemic era, and find a path of network public opinion governance. Therefore, the construction of the modern system of national public governance must meet people’s internal needs for the quality of the network society and a better life. To solve the social problems of the epidemic, it needs not only the contribution of “Chinese efforts”, but also the rational enlightenment practice behind “Chinese voice”. |
