      巨大的运营规模、海量的数据资源和广阔的应用场景,为新一代人工智能在中国速递物流产业的推广应用创造了有利条件,使其在仓储、分拣、运输、配送、客服等环节得到了初步应用。随着人工智能与速递物流产业设施网络、生产运营、管理服务的融合程度不断加深,它将从网络智能化、运营高效化、发展绿色化、服务品质化、产业协同化、治理现代化六个方面推动行业高质量发展。为解决基础数据不完善、“信息孤岛”严重、专业人才匮乏等问题,从基础设施数字化转型、标准供给和数据共享机制、行业关键共性技术、人才培养、法律法规和伦理规范等方面提出对策建议。
英文摘要:
      The huge operation scale, massive data resources and broad application scenarios have created favorable conditions for the promotion and application of the new generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Chinas express logistics industry. At present, AI has been preliminarily applied in industry sectors such as warehousing, sorting, transport ation, distribution and customer service.With the further integration of AI and express logistics industry in terms of facility network, operation and management, it will promote high quality development of the industry insix ways, namely, intelligent network, efficient operation, green development, quality service, industrial synergy and modernized governance.However, there are still some problems to be solved, such as imperfect basic data, serious “information island” and lack of professional talents. For this reason, policy suggestions are given from the aspects of digital transformation of infrastructure, standard supply and data sharing mechanism, R&D of industrial key generic technology, talent training, laws, regulations and ethical norms and so on.
