| 民族国家在参与全球化的过程中，必然会形成符合本国利益诉求的“全球化话语”，指导参与全球化的实践。通过对改革开放以来中国历届领导人有关全球化的论述进行文本分析，可以发现中国“全球化话语”指引了中国从初步认知、适应开放和积极应对、积极参与和主动融入到主动出击和积极引领的全球化实践，也实现了自身的历史演变。自党的十八大以来，习近平提出了“一带一路”“人类命运共同体”等新倡议、新理念，丰富、发展了中国“全球化话语”，引领全球化实践朝着公平、公正、全民共享的方向发展。然而，“逆全球化”现象、美国对全球化的话语霸权等给新时代中国的“全球化话语”体系建设带来巨大挑战。 |

| In the process of participating in globalization, nationstates will inevitably form “globalization discourse” in line with their interests, which would guide the globalization practice. This paper makes a textual analysis of the discourse on globalization by Chinese leaders since the reform and opening up, and finds out that Chinas “globalization discourse” has guided Chinas globalization practice frompreliminary cognition, adaptation to opening up and positive response, active participation and active integration to active attack and active leading. Meanwhile, it has realized its own historical evolution. Since the 18th CPC national congress, Xi Jinping has put forward some new initiatives and ideas, such as “One Belt and One Road” and “community with shared future for mankind”, which has enrichedand developed Chinas “globalization discourse” and led the globalization practice towards a fair, just and universal sharing direction. However, “anti globalization” and American discourse hegemony on globalization have brought great challenges to the construction of Chinas globalization discourse system in the new era. |
