| 随着数字化技术不断向各行各业深度渗透，产业组织形态快速升级并发生剧烈变革，市场竞争的本质已由传统企业间竞争转变为围绕平台形成的不同数字生态之间的竞争，传统企业竞争相关理论亦不再适用于数字市场生态竞争中的企业实践。基于平台视角更有利于揭示数字市场中市场价值、市场边界、产品类型及竞争逻辑等生态竞争的本质特征。根据平台在数字生态系统中担任的角色，可以将数字市场划分为交易市场、技术市场、信息市场三种不同的市场类型。对不同数字市场中生态竞争的企业实践的分析发现，交易市场和信息市场更易形成“差异化”的竞争生态，技术市场更易形成“赢者通吃”的竞争生态。 |

| With the continuous in depth penetration of digital technology into all walks of life, the form of industrial organization has been rapidly upgraded and dramatically changed. The essence of market competition has changed from the competition among traditional enterprises to the competition among different digital ecosystems emerged around the platform. The relevant theories of traditional enterprise competition are no longer applicable to the enterprise practice in the ecological competition of digital market. Based on the platform perspective, it is more conducive to reveal the essential characteristics of ecological competition such as market value, market boundary, product type and competition logic in the digital market. According to the role of the platform in the digital ecosystem, the digital market can be divided into three different market types: trading market, technology market and information market. According to the enterprise practice of ecological competition in different digital markets, it is found that the trading market and information market are more likely to form a “differentiated” competitive dynamic, and the technology market is more likely to form a “winner takes all” competitive dynamic. |
