| 通过回顾西方福利依赖研究脉络，聚焦福利依赖的生成机制，发现关于福利依赖已形成了贫困文化、福利制度和风险社会三条研究脉络，各研究脉络下学者对福利依赖的归因迥异，不同时代背景下福利制度的演化引发了研究范式的变迁，这也为讨论中国可能面临的“福利依赖”问题提供了全景式的借鉴。 |

| By reviewing the research context of western welfare dependence and focusing on the generation mechanism of welfare dependence, it is found that welfare dependence has formed three research contexts: poverty culture, welfare system and risk society. Scholars have different attributions to welfare dependence under each research context, and the evolution of welfare system under the background of different times has also continuously led to the change of research paradigm. Therefore, it provides a panoramic reference for discussing the problem of “welfare dependence” that China may encounter. |
