| 构建长江上游经济带承接产业转移能力评价体系，采用熵权法、变异系数、ESDA和空间叠置分析法研究2014—2018年长江上游经济带承接产业转移能力的时空分异特征、空间关联格局及影响因素。结果表明：区域承接产业转移能力总体呈上升趋势，但整体水平较低，能力分化现象与不平衡状态进一步加剧，区域内部“东强西弱”能力依次递减的带状结构特征显著；区域承接产业转移能力的局部自相关特征明显，表现出“HH”型集聚增强，“HL”型集聚减弱，“LL”型集聚与“LH”型集聚空间俱乐部趋同特征；政策功能定位、本地工业产业集聚程度、公共基础投入强度等因素对区域内不同城市群存在差异化影响。应进一步缩小城市等级差距，促进圈层化建设，加快推进分区分级承接，以激发上游经济带发展新动能。 |

| Build an evaluation system for the undertake industrial transfer ability of the upper Yangtze River Economic Belt, and use entropy weight method, coefficient of variation, ESDA and spatial overlay analysis method to study the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics, spatial correlation pattern and influencing factors of the undertake industrial transfer ability of the upper Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2014 to 2018. The results show that: the regional ability to undertake industrial transfer is generally on the rise, but the overall level is low. The phenomenon of ability differentiation and imbalance is further aggravated. The ribbon structure characteristic of “strong in the east and weak in the west” within the region is remarkable. The local autocorrelation of the undertake capacity is obvious, showing that H-H type agglomeration is enhanced, H-L type agglomeration is weakened, and the spatial club of L-L type agglomeration and L-H type agglomeration is convergent. Policy function orientation, local industrial agglomeration degree, public infrastructure investment intensity and other factors have different effects on different city agglomerations in the region. The study suggests that the urban grade gap should be further narrowed, the ring construction should be promoted, and the regional and hierarchical undertaking should be accelerated, so as to stimulate the new development momentum of the upstream economic belt. |
