| 人才双循环是新发展格局的重要组成部分。在利用CiteSpace软件分析国内外研究现状的基础上，从文献的角度研究了人才双循环所产生的技术进步效应及其影响因素，认为人才双循环可以通过创造与积累知识进而推动技术进步。人才双循环促进技术进步的路径可以分为技术溢出、教育激励、配置利用和智力回流四个方面，且其进步效应受公共政策、经济基础、吸收能力和金融发展等因素制约。对现有研究的述评和展望，可以为中国利用人才双循环实现技术水平提升和经济高质量发展提供借鉴。 |

| The duel circulation of talents is an important part of the new development pattern.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad by Cite Space software,this paper studies the technical progress effect and its influencing factors caused by the duel circulation of talents from the perspective of literature，and holds that the duel ciculation of talents can p1omote technical progress by creating and accumulating knowledge.The path of duel circulation of talents to promote technical progress can be divided into four aspects:technology spillover，educational incentive， allocation& utilization and intellectual backflow,and there are constraints such as public policy, economic foundation, absorptive capacity, financial development， etc.The review and prospect of the existing research can provide reference for China to use the duel circulation of talents to achieve its technical level improvement and high quality economic development. |
