| 跨界创新研究已取得一定进展，但许多研究采用宽范畴的概念界定，使得跨界创新的要素与机理难以明晰，缺少关于该主题的系统综述。通过对已有研究进行系统梳理和述评，进一步丰富跨界创新理论框架，促进跨界创新研究的前瞻化、系统化和与中国情境的契合化，并挖掘出促进跨界创新的要素，剖析跨界创新对组织绩效的作用机制。 |

| Some progress has been made in the research of cross border innovation. However, many studies use a wide range of concepts to define the elements and mechanisms of cross border innovation, which makes it difficult to clarify, and there is a lack of systematic review on this topic. By systematically sorting out and commenting on existing research, we will further enrich and expand the theoretical framework of cross border innovation, promote the integration, systematization and foresight of cross border innovation and Chinas situation, find out the factors that promote cross border innovation, and analyze the mechanism of cross border innovations role in organizational performance. |
