| 数字技术使信息传播渠道从单一向“网络立体化”转变，信息传播主体从“中心化”向“分散化”转变，信息传播环境从“真实化”向“拟态化”转变，信息传播出现了“混沌”与“失序”现象。“坚持人本理念”是网络信息传播秩序重构的基本逻辑，“信息资源与要素的再整合”是网络信息传播秩序重构的基础条件，“智能化信息平台决策机制”是网络信息传播秩序重构的保障。在信息传播秩序重构的过程中，需要强化技术体系与网络体系的链接，搭建多层次信息流动与传播的网络空间；需要加强对社会生活空间与产业的数字化改造，促使现实世界向虚拟世界迁移；需要催生全新的元宇宙信息场域，构建与现实世界映射与交互的虚拟世界。 |

| Digital technology has transformed information dissemination from a single channel to a “three dimensional network”, the main body of information dissemination has shifted from “centralization” to “decentralization”, the information dissemination environment has shifted from “realism” to “mimicry”, and there have been phenomena of chaos and disorder in information dissemination. “Adhering to the humanistic concept” is the basic logic for the reconstruction of the order of network information dissemination, “the reintegration of information resources and elements” is the basic condition for the reconstruction of the order of network information dissemination, and “the decision making mechanism of intelligent information platforms” is the technical guarantee for the reconstruction of the order of network information dissemination. In the process of reconstructing the order of information dissemination, it is necessary to strengthen the connection between the technical system and the network system, build a multi level network space for information flow and dissemination, strengthen the digital transformation of social living spaces and industries so that promote the migration of the real world to the virtual world, spawn a brand new metaverse information field and build a virtual world that maps and interacts with the real world. |
