新发展阶段,为了顺应国家对建设高质量教育体系提出的新要求,“双一流”高校资助模式应从“助人+育人”模式转向“高质量育人+成才”模式。破除资助认定过程“不够精确”、资助管理效能“不够显著”、资助育人帮扶“不够全面”等弊病,需要构建综合大数据平台,完善精准资助认定机制;进一步整合育人新理念,构建多维资助模式;丰富多元帮扶机制,引导受助学生树立社会主义核心价值观。 |

In the new development stage, in order to comply with the new requirements of the state for the construction of a high quality education system, the “double first class” university funding pattern has changed from the “help+ education” pattern to the “high quality education+ turning into talent” pattern. To overcome the shortcomings of “insufficient accuracy” in the funding identification process, “insufficient significance” in the funding management efficiency, and “insufficient comprehensiveness” in funding education and assistance, it is necessary to build a comprehensive big data platform to improve the precise identification mechanism; further integrate the new concept of education to achieve multi dimensional management ; enrich diversified assistance mechanisms and shape socialist core values. |
