选取长江经济带软件与信息技术服务业相关数据,利用DEA BCC模型测算软件与信息技术服务业技术创新效率,并借助自然断裂法和Tobit模型分析区域软件业技术创新效率时空演变特征及影响机理。从静态分析结果看,长江经济带软件业技术创新效率在研究期内呈现先升、后降、再升的螺旋上升态势。从动态分析结果看,技术进步是软件业技术创新效率提升的主要原因。软件业技术创新效率在空间分布上有明显的中间凹陷特征,各地区整体技术创新效率明显上升。科技创新水平、产业结构、对外开放水平、信息化水平、人口密度是影响长江经济带软件业技术创新效率的重要因素,且影响程度存在区域差异。 |

Select data related to software and information technology service industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, use the DEA BCC model to calculate the efficiency of technological innovation in the software and information technology service industries, and use the natural fracture method and Tobit model to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and impact mechanisms of technological innovation efficiency in the regional software industry. From the static analysis results, the technological innovation efficiency of the software industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt generally shows a spiral upward trend of first rise, then fall, then rise during the study period. From the dynamic analysis results, it can be seen that technological changes are the main reason for the improvement of technological innovation efficiency in the software industry. The technological innovation efficiency in the software industry has a clear middle depression feature in spatial distribution, and the overall technological innovation efficiency in various regions has significantly increased. The level of technological innovation, industrial structure, level of opening up to the outside world, level of informatization, and population density are important factors that affect the technological innovation efficiency of software industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and there are regional differences in the degree of impact. |
